  • Camera: To capture transaction attachments

  • Contacts (Optional): To easily add customers

We do NOT:

We only share data:

6. Backup & Cloud Sync

  • Backups can be stored locally or in services like Google Drive.
  • Backup files are encrypted and accessible only with your password.

  • Data remains on your device unless you delete it.
  • Deleted transactions move to Bin and are permanently removed after a set time.

BakiKhata is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Your Rights

You can:

  • Delete your data anytime
  • Export your data
  • Stop using the app to remove all local data
